Dr. Sandeep Patel, DPM

Dr. Sandeep Patel, a native Houstonian, graduated from the University of Houston with a Bachelor of Science in Biology. Dr. Patel later attended the Ohio College of Podiatric Medicine in Cleveland, Ohio, to further his medical studies. He earned his Doctor of Podiatric Medicine degree from this institution. He finished his surgical residency at Howard University/Providence Hospitals in Washington, DC, where he was extensively trained in foot and ankle trauma as well as limb salvage. He was honored to be chosen as the chief resident in his final year. He received additional training at John F. Kennedy University Hospitals, an affiliate of UMDNJ. Then, in Cherry Hill, New Jersey, he received more education and training in reconstructive foot and ankle surgery as well as wound management. He also completed a recognized ACFAS foot and ankle arthroscopy course.

Dr. Patel treats a wide range of patients, from children to adults, with foot and ankle disorders and deformities. He is interested in diabetic limb salvage, heel discomfort, foot or ankle fractures, ankle sprains/sports injuries, and reconstruction.
