A general primary care surgeon with a strong interest in oncological surgery, Dr. Victor ?tef?nescu has vast experience with minimally invasive techniques, particularly in the fields of colorectal and hepato-biliary-pancreatic surgery. Beginning in 2003 as a resident physician, he attained the status of specialist physician in 2009.
Since 2015, he has worked as a primary care physician in both the public and private sectors, including the "Carol Davila" Central Military Emergency Hospital in Bucharest and the Royal Hospital. Recognizing the need for ongoing advancement in the surgical field, he took courses both domestically and overseas, believing that my patients should receive the best care available. His great passion is advanced laparoscopic surgery, which helps to minimize patient trauma and facilitate surgery.
