I had a renal procedure today involving Nuclear Medicine. From the moment I was met by Antonio, his well-informed and reassuring demeanor made my visit pleasant. The entire staff, including Kelsey at the registration desk and technician Amanda, showcased exceptional kindness and professionalism. Although I experienced a longer wait to be seen and a slight issue regarding equipment size, the attentiveness of the staff, especially Cassandra, helped calm my nerves during the imaging process.
The implementation of the MyChart app was highlighted as enhancing the efficiency of my visit, enabling a smooth workflow throughout my experience at SGMC. Overall, despite minor challenges, the wonderful care provided by the team made my time in the radiology department both comfortable and encouraging.
