Review Highlights:
I had a mixed experience at this facility. Starting with the Radiology department, I was impressed by the professionalism of my surgical team, including Dr. Deal and the nurses involved, who ensured my comfort during an intensive procedure. They offered clear communication regarding my overnight admission for pain management and addressed my needs effectively.
Unfortunately, my experience in the Labor and Delivery unit did not meet expectations. There were communication challenges and a perceived lack of prioritization of care. Nevertheless, the support from Timmy, my radiology nurse, was a bright spot during my stay.
On the Progressive Care Unit (PCU), I received excellent care from attentive nurses like Jesus, Jake, and Ashlee, who actively managed my pain and needs with compassion. Their dedication made a significant positive impact on my recovery process.
Overall, while there were challenges, the exceptional care I received in the radiology and PCU units demonstrated a commitment to patient wellbeing, and I am grateful for the hard work of the healthcare professionals involved.
