While some improvements in directions at check-in would enhance the experience, the front office staff, particularly Patricia, showcased remarkable friendliness. The ARPN and doctor were easy to communicate with and provided clear explanations about my treatment plan.
The MA team was outstanding, adept at handling vital signs and blood tests, although there were minor issues with labeling my blood work. Nonetheless, their dedication stood out. I appreciate the nurses providing chemotherapy, who were extremely knowledgeable and took the time to complete necessary paperwork for my short-term disability efficiently.
Despite some wait times, which can be improved, my long-term relationship with Dr. Shalin Shah has been immensely satisfying. His compassion and professional demeanor provide comfort, especially during challenging cancer treatment times. The team works cohesively to prioritize patient concerns, ensuring that you feel more than just a number during your visits. The efficient check-in process, even amidst high patient volumes, is commendable.
