The medical imaging facility is not only clean, but they also offer a great selection of beverages during my wait. Preregistration was seamless, contributing to a stress-free environment.
The staff, especially Natalie at the front desk, are incredibly professional, kind, and efficient. She effectively addresses patient inquiries and resolves issues with various medical offices and prescriptions.
The technicians and personnel involved in the diagnostic tests create a welcoming environment, where they make sure you understand each step of the process. Appointments are efficiently managed – I arrived at 8:00 am for my 8:20 am appointment and was pleasantly surprised to be done by 8:23 am!
