I was scheduled at Advent for a surgical procedure and had an exceptional experience thanks to the amazing staff and nurses. From my surgery through to post-operative care, every member of the team was attentive and showed genuine compassion. I especially appreciated the support from Valentina, who coached me through labor, and Kerri, who was instrumental in my breastfeeding journey. Both made my birth experience on 03/07/25 incredibly positive.
In physical therapy, the team displayed professionalism and friendliness, always ensuring I felt important and respected. Their dedication to patient care shines through in every interaction, making each appointment something I look forward to.
During a recent ER visit, while the process began well and the nursing staff were fantastic, I encountered some challenges with the doctor. However, the outstanding care from the nurses and technicians highlighted the overall quality of the facility.
