What people say about Ohio Heart Group

This is a summary of reviews collected from sources such as Google Maps, Yelp, and more.

Top Mentions:

Excessive wait times
Dirty facility
Rude staff
Appointment delays
Lack of communication
Poor facility maintenance

Review Highlights:

Many patients expressed concern over excessive wait times during appointments, leading to frustration and dissatisfaction. The condition of the facility has also been noted, with aspects such as peeling wallpaper and stains being pointed out. Staff interactions appeared to lack the level of compassion expected in the healthcare environment, with reports of rudeness and lack of empathy towards patients in urgent need of care.

Some reviewers mentioned that despite their long-term relationships with the office, there has been a noticeable decline in service and cleanliness. Concerns have also arisen regarding proper procedures being followed in medical imaging scenarios, demonstrating a need for improvement in the handling of sensitive patient care, particularly during procedures like CT scans and MRIs.

However, it’s important to highlight that some patients value their long-term relationship with their cardiologist, reflecting the potential for positive experiences in a familiar doctor-patient dynamic. The practice is also equipped with the necessary technology for radiology needs, although it is recommended to seek timely updates on appointment schedules for better patient experience. Increasing attention to facility upkeep and staff training in customer service could greatly enhance patient satisfaction in the future.
