From the moment I entered the ER to my admission and throughout my 7-day stay, the nursing staff exhibited exceptional care, with all team members displaying outstanding professionalism and compassion.
The Nurse Anesthesiologist and the two RNs who attended to me were remarkable. Their ability to administer an IV without pain was a standout moment for me—a rare experience indeed. Additionally, my doctor was not only sweet but also highly skilled, contributing significantly to my comfort and care. The meals provided were also commendably good, enhancing my overall experience at this facility.
I want to especially highlight the relationship I built with PA Jennifer Wagner. Her attentiveness and thorough understanding made my visits for GI matters a pleasure, as she was incredibly willing to listen and address my concerns with confident medical advice.
Furthermore, the entire therapy and case management teams were remarkable in their support. My therapist, Laura, provided personalized guidance for home exercises that truly helped me progress. Their flexibility in scheduling was a great help as well.
In summary, I would highly recommend Physicians Regional to anyone seeking exceptional care in a welcoming and professional environment—a gorgeous facility that truly puts the patient first. Thank you to all the staff for making my stay smooth and stress-free!
