A request is the result of receiving an investigation from the patient through the public page.
You will get notified on your email every time someone send you an investigation or document through the public page.
To see all the patient’s requests, select from the menu the Patient requests tab.
In this page, you can see all the request’s details with just one click on the green button View details.
When you click to see more details, it will open up a new page. Here you can see the personal details of the sender if they wrote a message or added medical documents too.
- You can approve a request and it becomes a case. You will find it later in My cases.
- You can reject a case and it will be deleted from the requests right away. Nothing will be saved.
Also, you can reject or approve a request in the Patient requests page, just click on the white arrow.
